The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predvix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predvix and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
